Clinical Experience

I have been in clinical practice since 2010 working with individuals and groups presenting with a broad spectrum of difficulties. My clinical experience

Approach

As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained to use several different theoretical models in my practice. These include person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches, mindfulness, and acceptance committed therapy ( ACT). My clinical approach is integrative in which a range of therapeutic techniques are used considering both an individual's need as well as current research evidence.

During an initial phase of therapy we will explore our working relationship and develop connection and trust. We will identify presenting issues as well as therapeutic goals and expectations. Through this collaborative approach we will identify a treatment plan that can work for you and take into account various barriers and current resources.

I recommend booking a free 15-minute consultation call to determine the right package for you. This introductory conversation allows you to voice your concerns and If you are still unsure afterwards? Start with a single 60-minute session and reevaluate.
